A type-R makes 170whp bone stock but there is NO WAY it made 143/TQ. NOT POSSIBLE with stock header on it.

The HIGHEST 1.8L TQ i have ever seen was DA_UNKNOWNs ITR and it made 132TQ (he had an RMF header, $3000 skunk2 cylinder head, Skunk2 PRO1 cams.)

YOu can ask whatever you want but the head is worth:
    $300-350 for cams
$400-500 for the assembled head minus cams
    $150 for the distributor
    $100 for the valve cover
    $100 for the intake manifold
    $75 for the TB

You are better off parting it out.
these estimated figures you have given round about to 1400$.

and they stopped hand port and polishing them after 97 or 98 (forgot) because it was cheaper by machine. i dont know what Rob did but i am just posting from what i have been told.
