    bowdown, what color stock hood do you have?

    jdm 91crx, i may go ahead and try the rubbing compound, it may bring back the shine!
    but then price will go up for my time and effort!

    jeff, i would keep it but dont want to keep investing money on other carbon goodies so id rather go back stock with a little cash to get the parts and top of the car repainted. the top is fading honda black you know.

    Rubbing compound will not work. I tried on mine, just pay the extra cash and get it re cleared the right way if you want it to last and look good.
