    Default FS or TD P28 ecu

    Lets keep it sweet and to the point. Got a p28 ecu 5 speed need gone asking 105 obo myt even trade for something idk let see wat u got thanx o and i also have a gsr ecu 5 speed for 100 obd1 firm

    the p28 pic'd is an automatic...how i figure, A52, the 5 meaning it's auto, A51, A52 are auto's. If it said A01 or A02 then it'd be 5spd..just giving info.. good luck with the sale. and it's still WELL worth the asking price..

    well i would believe you if i hadn't seen it run in a 5 spd manual car. so it's not automatic. thanks for letting us know though

    it's what it is said to be, i know it will run it for sure, but sometime a code 19? will come up for the automatic solenoid lockup, whatever it's called.. anyway i wish i had some money for it though..

    nope no check engine light hey maybe its been chiped only one way to find out time to open her up

    yea i thought it was to but i had it in my civic 5speed and it works great but im getting a swap so i dont need it any more. thanx i think 100 is a good price for a p28 2

    yeah, i'm stumped, i guess that "rule" doesnt alway follow itself...i wish i can pick up that obd1 gsr ecu from you though..that's a steal also...

    yeah even if it is an auto ecu all you have to do is remove the rp17 resistor inside the ecu and it will work for a manual without any CEL's or other problems (some ppl say you have to add a 0 ohm resistor to rp18 but I don't see it necessary)... and these ecu's are still chippable so yes... the asking price is very well worth it...

    first off ... p28= obd1 .... wont work .. unless u get the conversion harness ... yes it will run ... wether it runs it well or not unknown ..... and last but not least .. get a stock obd1 ecu .... get it chipped then tuned .. if you want a upgrade ...... or buy this p28 and have it chipped .... but will not work for you without the harness .... hope this helped ya ... and chris sorry bout thread jacking yo .. bumppp .
