I think of The Rep system as a source of one's creditibilty on IA. Green is Good, Red is Bad.
You can give reps to a person by going to their post and to the corner on the right you'll see a scale (Judgement Scale)lol and by clicking that you can either approve of what that person says or disapprove it.
Here's a lil TIP for you: Just so you'll know that if you make a thread outside of this section, don't ask for reps because you'll get reps alright
