Nice times. Especially for stock motor, that proves power to weight helps a lot.

What did that motor dyno (if i has been dynoed)? Per my calculations that slip says you are putting 181whp down IF the car weighs 1800lbs.

    What tranny?

Sweet, i wish i had just removed my butterflys when i put a new top plenum. I always knew that even tho they were stuck open, it wasn't getting flow like i wanted.
Pull those out with a good porting and let that monster breathe!

Ironically the guy who won import faceoff was running an h2b with cams, $1000 header, and his car weighed iirc 1800lbs. He said he was making 220-230whp. He ran 12.2s consistently with 1.6-1.7 60foots

sorry I don't see a 200whp crx weighing 2000lbs running 12.2s especially with an h22 trans you have to have something your aren't saying or telling. Your trapping as fast as he was too.

Either your car makes a lot more power than you are saying or it weighs ALOT less.

    I have a 200whp crx I know how fast it is . It's NOT a 12.2 that's for sure. And 24.5 on a 200whp crx with an h22 trans I don't see you cutting 60s that low. I was launching at 8500rpms and was bogging on 24s

@ 2000lbs you'd need 202whp to run that mile an hour. Also, your 60 is def hard to believe on

    1) an H series gearbox
    2) any rear spring less than 1k spring rates. (are u sure that ur just on some old stock accord rear springs?). What shocks? Traction bars up front?

I don't need u to give up the secret - but ur claims obv have something in the recipe that you're not telling.

There is the chance that you can drive the SHIT out of your car ... I know a guy in SC named Dee that's the same way - he just can drive the FUCK outta his car. Is that your case? Who knows. But I think the case is prob that your car is well under 2000lbs sir with you in it.

I just know he's not tellig something.

    200whp 2000lbs with h22 gearing doesn't run 12.2s period

I don't care how hard he drives it math doesn't lie. 109mph 1.7 60foot look at what other cars have and are running

    h22 jones 240whp h22 eg hatch full interior 12.5s
    ifo winner 1800lbs 220-230whp 12.2
    200whp crx 13.4 2.1 60ft even with a 1.6-1.7 I'm still only a high high 12
    importxperts h22 hatch 12.5s 1800lbs 220whp (I was told)
discomonkey 220whp b series 12.-12.2 on drag radials crx

    v
everyone running those times makes significantly more power. The only way that car runs that fast is if it's 1600lbs or it makes 15-20whp more than what he's saying.

    A 200whp crx doesn't knock on 11s sorry

1.Mike you gotta let this go. u didnt believe the 12.6 so he showed you a vid, now you dont believe his 12.2. and he has a timeslip. u just need to go to the track with us next time we go.

    2. im not honda expert by anymeans but doesnt an h22a make a good bit more torque?

not trying to start anything. but his car does run that, and he has told you everything done to it. another one of our buddies had his car dynod at CFT. its an EG hatch with a stock h22 as well. it made 202whp. even CFT didnt believe it was stock. we pulled the motor out the other day and tore it down, i wish i would have snapped some pics when we checked the lobes on the cams and such.

you car runs strong, im sure it would have ran 5x better at Impt F, if you had the 22s like you stated. much more in that car of yours but dont knock his because it ETs so well.

I'm not talking shit at all his car is fast I just think there's something not being said

you've got guys in the drag racing forum that are competitive at import showdown snd import faceoff in the na classes running 11.7-12.2 with 20-40 more whp

    I don't see a 200whp 2000lb car running the same times

I never doubted the actual times I doubt what's actually done to the car.

If his car is a 12.2 with a stock h22 then my car is a 12.5 EASY. Look at the numbers there's no way my car has that in it even with a pro driver and a perfect run at best my car is a high high 12

^^ The EF front suspension vs the EG suspension is night and day sir. (radius rods) I'd rather take an EG from the launch than an EF on any day - EVEN w/ the weight penalty from the EG chassis.

You are also comparing a car that makes gobs more torque (boosted) than a stock h22.

I never doubted the actual times I doubt what's actually done to the car.

If his car is a 12.2 with a stock h22 then my car is a 12.5 EASY. Look at the numbers there's no way my car has that in it even with a pro driver and a perfect run at best my car is a high high 12
thanks donnie and cam for backing me on this since we have some non believers, well kidd you have been invited to come and look at my car anytime or come to the track i have nothing to hide eveything i say is true, like i said it was weighted at my work on certified cat scales and it weight 1840 without me since then i have took rear bumper brace out,so that should put me about 1800 or so and i weight around 200 so thats about 2000 with me in it.i dont know why you keep saying it cant be done when it can like i told you before and it has a little more in it

Impressive I'm not calling you a liar even you have to see my point though. Your car runs as fast as other cars making tons more power

I just don't see how a car runs almost a full second faster than mine and we make the same power

    congrats though

I don't need u to give up the secret - but ur claims obv have something in the recipe that you're not telling.

There is the chance that you can drive the SHIT out of your car ... I know a guy in SC named Dee that's the same way - he just can drive the FUCK outta his car. Is that your case? Who knows. But I think the case is prob that your car is well under 2000lbs sir with you in it.
i said i have a little over 200whp,as for the 60' cant help if you belive it cause i know i did not at first but there was alot of people from rome there that night that saw it. and ya i think i can drive better than most

Definitely good shit for sure. I'd like to see what this car makes for HP and TQ and get the weight w/ driver. Def out of my class (on motor). This tells me that an h2b setup puts you in DEEP 11s... so for sure in my head something doesn't add up to me - LOL. But I'm an old man and may be losing my touch on reality

I'm def not a hater - dont get me wrong. I've just been doing this a long time and it's def a miracle setup. + a million. You need to take some time off work and come play w/ some of the N/A guys down here.
