Yeah you should have to be an active memeber or else we will just have people throwing times and not even being an active on the site.

your kinda new around here somewhat but you post alot in this section. i just didnt want people making their 1st post in the KF to get on this list and never post in here again.

but i have no doubt phil will do the list right! maybe something like you must have 50 posts in the KF or something.
