    I know a guy who have a 93 SI Prelude that swapped in a 98 lude H22 with a built motor.All the dressing except cams and was only was able to run a 15.00 ?

    Something ain't right there. I ran 15.1 bone stock.
    lol sounds to me like he got jipped on a "built" motor.
