What does the R/T have to do with your overall ET? Nothing... just needs to work on the 60' thats all.Originally Posted by onebadgt

i had a stock integra that would run that 1/4 time. try going to a empty parkin lot and work on your launch and and shifting from first. i'm gonna take it as you hit the fuel cut right before you shifted to get the times you laid out.
yeah... lol. i know. well i had bottomed out earlier before i got to the track so when i burned out the rest of the exhaust fell out.Originally Posted by japan4racing
that's why it was so loud.
yeah i understand my reaction time could use a lot of improvement. another issue is getting traction. i pretty much spin all the way through first sometimes even second. i need to buy some slicks.

I don't think torque is your problem with a relatively stock b16. I had a hatch that weighed much less with a d16z6 with close to the same torque as you and never had a problem spinning. I ran consistent 2.1 sixty foots on street tires and ran consistent 15.0's at around the same mph. I think you're launching too high in first and then shifting too early from second and probably bogging in third.
