Importer: Fiesta Gas Grills, of Dickson, Tenn.
Manufacturers: Unisplendor Corp., of China and Keesung Corp., of China
Hazard: The hose of the gas tank can get too close to the firebox and be exposed to heat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: Fiesta has received 161 reports of grill fires, resulting in nine injuries, including two incidents of major burns on different parts of the body, six incidents of minor burns, and an incident involving temporary hearing loss.
Description: This recall involves Blue Ember liquid propane (LP) outdoor grills with model and serial numbers listed below. The cabinet style grill has two doors and is silver and black or silver and gray. "Blue Ember" is printed on the grill's hood. The model and serial numbers are printed on a rating plate label on the rear of the grill.

Dreier’s Luxe Life Revealed in $10 Million Auction (Update1)

July 21 (Bloomberg) -- Marc Dreier’s Manhattan apartment is still home to a half-eaten raspberry peach pie, a collection of Christian Liaigre furnishings and seven pairs of black Ermenegildo Zegna shoes, mostly size eight.
If all goes as planned, someone else will lay claim to them by day’s end. The convicted lawyer’s $10.4 million Midtown condominium is scheduled to be auctioned at 1 p.m. in New York, along with almost everything in it. There’s some dispute about the freezer’s nine pints of Haagen Dazs ice cream.
“They’re selling it with the contents, so it’s everything that you see here,” said Arthur Samos, coordinator for David R. Maltz & Co., the Plainview, New York-based auctioneer liquidating Dreier’s real estate and possessions as part of his Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.
Dreier, founder of New York law firm Dreier LLP, was sentenced last week to 20 years in prison for defrauding hedge funds of more than $400 million and stealing money from clients. U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff ordered Dreier to pay $387.7 million in restitution.
Before being jailed last week, Dreier, 59, was under house arrest in the 3,000-square-foot apartment at 151 East 58th St., watched 24-hours a day by armed guards. Wires from a monitoring device are still affixed to the ceilings.
The 34th-floor apartment is listed as a four-bedroom unit that was converted to three. One of the bedrooms was used as an entertainment area, Samos said. A closet in that room contains a subwoofer by Velodyne and a Crestron Electronics Inc. home automation panel that controls lights and audio as well as a screen display in the master bedroom that reads “Welcome to the Dreier Residence.” The unit includes four bathrooms and monthly common charges of $4,180. Annual real estate taxes are $16,469.

The condo has a 738 square-foot terrace with easterly views of the Queensboro Bridge and planters with a $150,000 irrigation system, said Richard Maltz, vice president of real estate auctions for Maltz & Co.
The successful bidder will get everything the judge ordered left behind -- including flat-panel televisions and a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut -- plus some things Dreier abandoned. Samos said those items include a photograph of Dreier with singer Diana Ross and a poster for the movie “After Innocence,” a documentary about convicted criminals exonerated by DNA evidence.

Rolls-Royce has just released the full list of specs on the upcoming Ghost model and the numbers are impressive. The most regal of automakers has always been known for powerful and luxurious cars but judging from the numbers just released by Rolls, this luxury sedan will scream down the highway like a raving banshee.
Powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine, the Ghost will make 563hp at 5250 rpm and 575 ft-lbs of torque at just 1500 rpm. Despite what will do-doubt be an immense curb weight the “entry-level” Rolls will use an 8-speed automatic transmission to hit 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds. Interestingly, Rolls-Royce says it will achieve 4.7 seconds in markets outside North America, but gives no reason why that is. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph.
“First and foremost Ghost is a Rolls-Royce. This means that despite its extraordinary performance figures it has been engineered for effortless composure and refined power delivery,” said Rolls’ Director of Engineering, Helmut Riedl. “This is illustrated by the significant levels of low down torque available which makes pulling away very smooth and for an exceptionally relaxed driving experience.”
Deliveries of the £165,000 ($272,000) Ghost will begin in the U.K. and Europe later this year with deliveries in North America, Asia and the rest of the world in the second quarter of 2010.

Car thefts are a daily occurrence in any major city and aren’t worthy of much media attention, until the cars being nabbed happen to have names like Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini.
Such is the case in Toronto, Canada where police now believe a thief is targeting high-end vehicles. The cars in question include a Lamborghini Gallardo, a Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG, a Lexus LS470 SUV and a Rolls-Royce Phantom - valued at $350,000.
All the vehicles were stolen on either July 6th or 7th from high-end rental car locations, including Affinity Luxury Car Rentals. Each vehicle was rented legitimately and then not returned, and because the renter had to provide photo ID, the police have a pretty good idea who they are looking for: Ibrahim Mehraliyev, a native of Azerbaijan now living in a Toronto suburb.
