generally if you break your ignition cylinder you can put a screw drive in and twist, did it to a durango and a blazer, not sure on imports. pulled the wires off the ignition cylinder of a fiero once, grounded one, touched the other to a 12v power source, and the last one to a tempory 12v power source and it worked... dont know about a 240 though. its a hassle and could potentially costm ore than going to nissan to ahve a key cut. even if you have to pay for a cab.
