I can't talk though..Right after I ran 5 miles through thick woods, rivers, tunnels, train tracks, highways and climbed up near vertical creek banks made of slippery ass silt...then running through more woods, brier patches, barbed wire fences and falling down houses/buildings in the middle of the woods and then finally made it to the end at someones house....I was handed a beer..and then drank 7 more and never drank any water.
