sorry maybe i should have clarified it a baked cali roll its like your traditional roll it has eel inside it and yea they use a eal sauce on it also i asked my fiance how they make it and she said the drop it in the fryer for just a second to put a crust on the outside.....the tempura i was talking about is just thin sliced fried zukini
