When you have all the parts its not hard. I also did a full engine/trans/subframe swap on an Escape in about 4.5 hours.

it dont take long to do a motor swap if you have all the tools and the information you need to do it. but im goiun to take a wild guess and say you were in a shop cause it would be pretty hard to do this all in a backyard

Honestly for the right person its worth it sometimes. She went to T.N. for the weekend with her parents to there yatch and I got a call late friday night wanting me to come up there with her. Damn right I went up there.
