    Geeeeez. Hood pins are in.
    PITA. Drilled my holes, laid the hood down. Dremeled the bottom out more. Then the top. Then the bottom. Then the top. Then the bottom again. It finally set down all the way, so I start drilling for the hex screws for the metal hood protectors. I tried going from the smallest bit to the right size bit to avoid chipping the clearcoat on the carbon fiber, yet I still managed to chip it up. Luckily, those chips are underneath the metal protector piece. Probably going to apply some clear paint to those chips to keep them from cracking. No, not probably... will. My hood has enough issues.

    But atleast I have hood pins now, and can go fast without fear of losing my hood.

    Left the apartment at like 2:30, got back at like 5, went to bed around 6. Had some weird ass dreams about fucking mermaids and killing vampires with an armored truck (it later turned out there were no vampires, and I was crashing through Chinese restaurants).
    Now the fucking maintenance guy is hammering a new door in.

    Oh yeahhhh. Last night, I got a ticket off Buford Hwy for my headlight being out. Cop was real chill, 'cause I was completely honest with him: I hit a deer, I'm waiting on parts, my fiance is a drunk stripper.

    I just went out to the garage to fix the lights. Turns out the spade terminals in the headlight connector are completely oxidized/burned out.

    I temporarily fixed the problem by cutting the terminals off and soldering new spades on. So now my headlights work again, atleast. Not a permanent fix, but it'll do until I pick up a new connector or HID kit.
