Anyone know if a decrease in back pressure could lead to the occasional bad idle?
Possibly. Are you turbo'd?

N/A cars don't depend on back pressure as much as turbo'd cars. May be something else.
Maybe linked with the odd sound that started coming from my engine?
Got some leaky fuel injectors. Gas spewed all over my garage floor when I tried to start the car.
Gotta pick up new orings tomorrow morning.
Chris, the NX is coming together very well. Still have to push-start, but it's slowly coming together.
