    Default Its Time For Court

    Well, tomorrow I have to drive up to charlotte NC to fill out the paper work to sue someone in small claims court. The bastards at psi motorsports still havent gotten me a clip or my money back. I have been trying to get my money back for over a month now and I first ordered the clip at the end of febuary. Jarco will have a clip in for me in december but I gotta get these bastards to give me my money back so I can get it. Jarco had 3 of them in a couple of weeks ago that I could have picked up but they are all gone now. I'll be happy to have this over and done with. I miss my car. When I finally do get it back though its got a pretty long list of new mods to add to the site. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

    Damn Nick sorry to hear. You should also contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) about the situation. Good luck on the small claims case, I'm still working on how to "garnish" my funds that I won in a case several years ago.

    well, I ended up not having to drive up there. The court is just going to mail me the paperwork that I need to bring this to small claims court. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and found that someone else filed a similar complaint with them in september. I also tracked down and talked to someone that is owed $5500 from them. Overall this is pretty discouraging. How can a business continue to operate while stealing money from its customers? It seems crazy to me that even if I win in small claims court it doesnt necessarily mean that I will get my money and he could very well keep his poor business habits and continue screwing his customers. god bless america

    I talked to my credit card company a couple of months ago and they said that since it has been so long they cant do anything about it because it had been over 6 months. Well, I decided to try again and this time I must have talked to the right people because I got my money back. I just had to print off some form and mail it in and they said I would have my money back in 7 days.

    Jarco has a clip coming in december that I am going to buy as soon as my refund shows up and hopefully finally have my car back. Its been like this for too long.

    I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All 3400 of it and the interest that has accumulated for the past 10 months also!!!! You guys have no idea how happy I am! I will be calling jarco tomorrow and buying the clip from them if they havent already sold it. They said it will be coming in mid december so i should be back in the 2 real soon now. I cant fucking wait!!

    nick a few things before buying the clip.....

    Jarco has good gen3 clips but there also the most expensive.......
    try and find one with tachometer included so you know just how many miles are on it...
    Make sure you get ecu/and uncut wiring harness
    dont boost over 20psi on stock intercooler...
