When you where 8 years old the term ricer wasnt even around. But I agree, I was into muscles and exotics at the time as well...would not have given a neon a second look.

You are correct, I wouldn't of used the word riced. I would have called it ugly though, or just never noticed it.

Im sure ive got pictures somewhere from 10 years ago somewhere, but hell if I know where they are. If I find em, i'll be sure to post threads in car pics about some of my old stuff.

Like I said, I looked for it cause I was considering buying GRM's so I wanted to see what his was, I didnt find anything but that. I could be wrong on the dates, but im pretty sure he said he won solo atlantic in 99 with the neon. It really doesnt matter when, Its rice now, we all know that. I thought it was funny, so I posted it.

yea, i remember those days..... and yes, that car would have been hott back then. you guys should have seen my boy Hoi's Corolla that took second place at NOPI in 2003!! Molded bodykit with fender flares, center exit dual exhaust, custom yellow interior, custom yellow wire covers and vacuum lines, custom hood scoop ram air.....

I suppose everyone goes through the stage. For me it was a dirty old swapped 240sx. It looked like a 500$ junker but had a little bite to it. Bone stock on the outside of course. Interior had a boost gauge and a fafc 2 I believe. That car went through hell and back.
