thats a complete bullshit answer. you can clearly see that he's not using it as an intercooler. why would it be inside the car? and with an intercooler doesn't the air flow THRU to cool the boosted air? seems like the person's car is pulling air in thru the window.

seems more like he's got a rear mounted turbo and if you look in the window, you can see that it is a front mount intake....
