    Default WTB s10 motor/transmission

    ok i have a 86 s10 and my motor and transmission went out on it. so i would like to buy a motor and transmission for it. i would like to upgrade my 1st gen s10 to a 2nd gen. so please let me know what u have. 4 and 6 cy only. no v8.

    check the atlanta advertiser it a little book you can find them in gas stations. ive seen the v6's in there many times i even sold my 4.3 in it before. good luck.

    there was a 4.3 vortec with transmission on craigslist...check that out

    And just because you broke it now. Would you be interested in selling the truck back to me? Lol. I miss it. I am having a hard time finding one around here that has a decent asking price on it and isn't covered in either rust or huge dents.
