I don't care about mileage, I am more concerned with the working condition of the car. I need it to be running in fair condition, and I really want the non-Vtec Si or S model. People tend to ask alot of money for Vtec 4th gens, so I will preliminarily rule that option out. I don't want to spend alot of money, because this will be a second car. I don't need anything that is modified within an inch of its life, something closer to stock is preferable in fact. Color is not a biggie, I know I just like 4th gens more than anything else. The only real preference I have is that the car be s 5 speed.

Oh yeah, other pluses are cars that are not salvaged, cars that are all one color, cars that have not sustained considerable body damage, and cars that will start and run without an act of God.
