    I've got a GSR throttlebody. All h, d, and b series throttle bodies have the same bolt pattern. It's 60mm.
    # b18c1 - 60
    # b18c5 - 62
    # b18a - 58
    # b18b - 60
    # b16a SiR - 58
    # b16a Sir2 - 60
    # b16a2 - 60
    # b16a3 - 60
    # b20b - 60
    # b20z - 60
    # h22a - 60
    # h23a - 60
