    Default WTB: cheap new or used hid kit 8k,10k, 12k or up. H4 bulbs

    Im looking for a cheap new or used hid kit for my 94 civic. 8k color and up. I need a full kit with 2 bulbs and 2 ballast and all the wiring that goes with. PM me and lmk what you got. thanks
