I'm trying to get into the Honda game and am willing to spend $4000 on a car and I am mainly looking for a Prelude or 97+ Integra. I will also consider other Hondas 97+. They can be modded but really only looking for minor mods. I'm not really picky until it comes to the amount of mods due to insurance being expensive. Car does not have to be in perfect condition. Motors can be swapped and trying to get a car with 150k miles or less. Thank you.
