    i've got cash in hand.
    i need a turbo rated for 350+ hp,

    preferably a ball bearing!
    MUST BE IN GOOD SHAPE.

    You could get you a brand new EvoIII 16g for $560is and be done. It meets your goals, it's real MHI, and it brand new and cheap.
