Desperately need a b16 tranny!!!!!!!!!!

OK.....i got an EK with a b16a2 and i need a new. It grinds from time to time but in fifth if your driving at a constant speed ur ok... but as soon as you let off the gas it throws itself out of gear. they tell me its cheap just buy another one instead of rebuilding it. I took it to the track about a week ago and I went down the track three times and all three times it grinded goin in second and third. After about thirty minutes it was fine but i was pissed..... kinda on a budget but if you got one ill even give whoever the old one. really need one and i even got the stock headers for a d16y7 if u want them too............HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
