    Default WTB: RIMS - 4x100 - 15-16", 17" depending

    Alright so I have about $400 to spend, preferably with tires with 50%+ tread. I don't want any OEM rims, so don't offer me Si's, blades, HX's, any of that. I'm a little picky though, so don't feel bad if i don't want them. Just hit me with what you have.
