WTB Civic Steelies (14" that will fit 96-2000)

I posted this a week ago because my roommate needed them but stopped bumping because he was carjacked and car was stolen. But they found his car in an impound and he needs some OEM 14" 4 lug steelies with decent tires. And by decent they don't have to be sport tires - just ones with at least 60-70% tread. My roommate isn't a tuner, he just happens to own a Civic with some bald ass tires.
