Im looking for a house or condo to rent

probably 1 year rent

college student, non smoke, drink. have a puppy(small less then 25lb)
Will be live with my girlfriend
currently living in Tucker, GA but school is in Midtown,
Looking for one near there or not really far
I'm a picky person, really looking for a good house(not a old one)
Not really sure for rent arrangement but I'd say 1k around or less than

if you want to move closer to midtown you aren't gonna get a really nice place for 1k. My landlord right now has a house in Medlock park @950 and I am moving out of my place its @1000 but in this area for 1k or less you don't get a 'nice' house. I do have a basement here though its 3 bed 1 bath with full unfurnished basement. I can give you his info if you are interested.

I live in a place in Decatur. 3br 1bth house for $700 a month. They're out there for a good deal, you just have to find them. I work next to L5P, unless you really want to live down there I don't recommend it. My friend got robbed while with a group of people around 9:30 at night.

I live near North Druid Hills Rd and Lawrenceville Highway closer to 285 and I love the area. It's nice a quiet.

your price point for a quiet and nice place don't really match.. you gotta pay to play. you're better off renting an apartment.. i know of a small house in the buckhead area for rent, but he wants 2500/mo... and its not even close to my standard of living.. i wouldn't even feel comfortable leaving my car outside overnight... which is why i live in duluth, but even here **** aint safe.. my house just got broken into 2 weeks ago.
