i want a cheap dd...15mpg is not going to kill me again this summer

requirements..

-$1500 or less
-4cyl or less, yes ill drive an assfire, justy, etc
-would prefer auto, but its not a big deal
-heat a must, a/c i can do without
-would prefer to have power steering, but i can deal if it doesnt have it


-will entertain rolling shells, but must be hondas only, as im more versed in those than other makes
