    Default B18B1 block

    I just went to put on my new headgasket and discovered that the #3 cylinder is cracked So I am in need of a bare B18B1 block w/ or w/o crank. But I need all of the main caps. It dosent matter if everything is rusted cause I am going to bore it out to 81.5 mm. Just let me know what you have. Thanks

    No just a bad tuner. The motor only had about 400 miles on it when the gasket went. I was using one of the best engine management systems out there the HKS F-CON and had my boss that thought he knew what he was doing but I guess not. I had my car tuned at Mainstream for over 3 months and the car ran perfect. The only reason that it ran for only three months was cause I had my turbo re-built and had to fix my crappy head. Don't ever buy someone elses mistake.

    I have a B18B1 Long block and a turned crank I would let go for $350. The crank cost $150 to have turned. Let me know,

    Still need a block. Not willing to spend over $100 on just the block. I have to bore and hone the block so if its rusty it dosen't matter. 4043745881

    I just need a bare block. No heads or crank or even pistons and rods. Just the block. I am not looking to spend a fortune on stuff that I have no use for. So for people to think that they can get $250 or higher for a short block w/ rod knock your out of your mind. Its almost to the point to which that motor is a boat anchor. If you read the main post and then you would know that all I need is just a bare block. Thanks for all of the rod knock blocks that are charging an arm and a leg for but no thanks!
