    you can build a chassis out of 1.25" square tube. I built a gokart and put the motor from a Suzuki rm125 on it, side mounted the radiator, 6 forward gears, NASTY machine. The brakes left a little to be desired. We broke a weld on the caliper mounting bracket, took it to the shop to reweld, and someone stole it.

    The only thing that makes me feel alright about it is, I'm willing to bet they broke both legs hitting something at 80MPH.

    Check Ebay for a wrecked bike, I picked up my donor bike for about $200. Wish I could have afforded somthing in the 600cc range, lol.

    A regular Gokart chassis won't take the power and grown adults trying to break land speed records.
