    i have one friend that sent his back and got a scratched up one in return and 2 weeks later it died and he just got another in the mail just the other day!

    my brothers best friend has sent 3 back!

    whatever you do if you do get one do not open it to modify until the warranty is up!

    ever wonder why microsoft extended the warranty one these things???????
