    Need to be 4x100 - putting them on 99 honda civic hatch.

    little too high for my blood. trying to put them on my civic because I have 18" on it and i want to sale the car and not the wheels on the car.. don't want to spend too much.. like around $40 - $75 for some steelies or something..

    I have a set of 13 inch steelies with brand new tires on 'em. I will even throw in some wheel covers for free... $100. 175-70-13.
