    damn, i know he has/had a 4 door 99LX. Maybe you should check the interchangeability.

    interchangeability? I know 96-00 any civic condensor fits on each other...

    well call him and ask him about the 99, he should still have it. He probably was thinkin' about the specific year you gave him.
