wtb: street bike! cheap

lookin for cheap street bike dont want anything real nice but dont want a p.o.s., yet at the same time i know you get what u pay for and i can't spend any more than $2500.

i know most of you are sayin i out of my mind. i would like to have a cbr or a gsxr, lmk what you have you can call for fast responds 404-886-7570

its going to be hard to find a gsxr or cbr for 2500 i paid 2600 for my 929 but i have had to replace the tires rebuild the forks find all new plastics and still have to paint it so its going to be hard to find a ridable bike but if you are looking for a fixer upper i still have my first bike a 1997 gsxr 600 that i wrecked and busted the motor and the left fairing and nose and some other little nick naks i will sell for 1500 or 1800 with a new motor

ya i know, i got a buddy thats going to sell me his 98' 900rr for $2000, but it has 40k on it and some small here and there issues, everyone i've talked to said that's a good deal, even though i will be replacing motor soon, but i would really like to have a bike,
