    Default WTB: Verizon cell phone

    i am looking for any kind of verizon cell phone. i recently broke mine and i need one quickly. I have cash in hand and will meet. i need this phone to be unlocked. i am on the southside, about 30 miles south of atl. let me know what you have.

    I am pretty sure unlocked refers to phones for other companies. Verizon phones are different.

    Yeah verizon is weird. I didn't understand the unlocked thing either until recently.

    only gsm phones can be unlocked....as in we can switch out the SIM cards and use them for whatever provider we have.
    Us Verizon people on the other hand are on a CDMA network and cant have unlocked phones....we have to use Verizon set-up phones

    ^^metro is also CDMA as well but they cant be unlocked either
