    damn, lucky bastard. I don't think I'll be able to get the 2.0 right off the bat, but the 1.83 will do for now since I heard they are fully upgradeable. Have you had any problems with it?

    nope, none whatsoever. I've had it for a few months now, and i haven't experienced any of the overheating, discoloration, or anything else for that matter.

    I finally got it, I bought the 2 gig processor, 80 hd, and 1 gb of ram. This is my first time using a mac and to say the least I love it.

    It was $1299, but I my student discount dropped it down to 1200 + a free printer/scanner.
