15' Polished Rota Slips with new tires

I have for mainly trade a few months old set of slips. Tires have right under 1000 miles and are all matching Falkens. 195/50R/15. Looking for other 15 inch wheels with new tires. 3 wheels are super clean and one has about an inch of rash and a few scratches. All 4 centercaps are included along with all 16 lugs and lug tool. Looking for other rotas, xxrs, etc. Looking for a black or gunmetal finish. Must meet in Calhoun, Ga. Sell for $650 just because I'm wanting to trade.
Will also acknowledge lower end clean wheels or clean OEM wheels plus a new set of high end lowering springs for my ek coupe such as Skunk2 or Neuspeed or eibach. No used springs though. Must also be 4x100 with matching and good tires.
