    2 tires are bad the others are good. seein how 16s go for 600 + on here i figured thats a good deal 4 mint wheels and all u have 2 do is buy 2 tires. idk tho im jus tryin to get my $ back out of em. and the cheap is mainly 4 u 2 look. lol.
