I originally bought this kit for my '06 GTI that I traded in for an '07 Tundra back in July of 2008. It will fit the '06 and up GTI and Jetta with the 2.0T and was never installed on the car even though you see in the pics that the package is open. This mount insert was developed by ECS Tuning last year to work with the OEM rubber bushing to provide a better more rigid connection between the transmission mount and subframe. Of course less movement in the system means smoother shifts and less engine movement under heavy acceleration. And that means......
