African americans statistically have the lowest IQ of any demographic since the beginning of IQ testing until today.
Low IQ has been linked to several social factors that black people tend to suffer from disproportionately when compared to other races like crime, unemployment, STDs, drugs, school drop out rate.
90+% of black people are democrats. 97% of black people voted for Obama.
Even if you dont agree, can you understand how someone might use this evidence to paint a certain picture?

IQ is only a measure of someone's ability to take an IQ test. It's not an accurate measure of actual intelligence at all.

in 2008 47% of black people graduated high school. Same year, 78% of whites and 58% of latinos graduated.
pretty striking difference and it pretty much trickles down from there.....
If your numbers are correct, since you don't have a source to verify, its still only correlation. It seems like your trying to show causation.
