    Ok, never mind the thread title. I happen to stumble upon these really instructional fitness/exercise videos and thought I would pass them along to all my fellow brothers/sisters. With all of the New Years fitness resolutions and the fact that I truly care about your overall well-being I thought we all could benefit from them.
