judging from the way the guy was acting,he was either really dosed on GHB and/or on the verge of getting stuck in a k-hole.either way,if he was on GHB,then he must have drank alot of it,or gotten some G that wasn't cut and was like syrup.a cap full of pure G is enough to put a 400-pound man down without a problem.him continuing to try and climb up somewhere is a sign that he was mentally tripping out which is why i think he was also on the verge of the k-hole.
