Right after she says the word "something," she moves her mouth and you can see a white something on the inside of her bottom lip. My guess is a blood pack for use later in the seance. Pretty cool video, but I never get too hyped up over videos you know is fake. If I didn't know or knew it was real, now this would be an awesome video. If that makes sense to you, lolol. Later, QD.
