Dyno Video with the S/C

Heres a dyno video of my car after Doug at Bamachips finished tuning it.

All depends on how much boost he's making.. 6psi isn't going to raise the IAT's too much.

IAT's werent bad at all. i cant recall what they were exactly tho. but this was the last of 4 runs, dont know why he put dyno pull 3 as the title lol. but that S/C has a heatsoak problem like no other! i have a procharger intercooler ( front mount) and am in the process of hooking it up.


on 7psi, heat soaked, and a hot ass day it made 287rwhp/275rwtq. it was also humid so im sure that had something to do with it. but ****, for being a v6 ill settle for that power, and decent et's. im gonna have it dyno'd again, and it should be higher. my tuner said im looking at probably close to 300 rwhp. the numbers also werent SAE corrected.

thats the best part! it retails for 3.4k but i payed 1800 bucks. thats with everything. then i sold the programmer that came with it. that covered most of the cost of my dyno tune. sold my intake and everything else that i had to take off. ended up paying a little over 1600 bucks.

^ yep, thats from Procharger complete kit with aftercooler and all. From Vortec its about 3.5

I have a Paxton Novi 1000 on my 04 Mustang.. S/C Are fun.. completely different way to boost than a turbo.. the feel is much more gradual and basically no lag whatsoever..

Adjusting boost however is a pain in the ass.. I'm upping mine now that my Neon is about done so I have 4 size smaller pulley to put on which should equate to 8psi for a total of 14psi or so.. weeeeeeeeeeeee.

Well I was close.. so basically he's putting down close to 100hp more.. that's pretty impressive.

stock mine dyno'd at 180 rwhp. now im at 295rwhp/285rwtq ( latest dyno) so 115rwhp gain aint to shabby.
