Quite possibly the strangest, oddest combination I've ever seen. It uses what looks to be a set of compound turbos and runs 4 bar boost on a 1500cc russian motor. A Moskvitch Elite 1500. The car runs 9s in the 1/4 and pretty much decimates all comers. Strangely enough, this beast is street legal.
