    and these are not ricers, its a form of expression, Remember before the whole Import turner scene hit the fan? every-time some one saw a big muffler or wing they were like oh shit blah blah


    This is just like that... this is a HUGE thing over in japan.... just because idiots over here dont know what it is, they automatically assume its a ricer.... no

    alot of money, time and artistic talent goes into these, and they are all over the place. Japan as 100s of car tuning scenes, VIP, drift, down hill... this happens to be one of them..

    do some research before you start banning on the Japs.... soon this will be in the USA and just as popular as body kits and turbos are here
