    I'm not clicking the link, but I saw the episode of COPS that this was featured on a few weeks ago. Then, last week, I saw the first time the officer arrested him. Later, QD.

    the little dude has several felony charges on his record and came to meet the owner for the first time in hand cuffs. there is no way they actually hired him
