    Default wts/wtt: clean rx7 fc3s...

    1986 mazda rx7 GXL 2+2 (fc3s)
    164xxx miles on the body
    less than 100xxx on the engine and tranny

    asking $2700 OBO or trade (show me what you got)

    i bought this car a few months ago from bryn park in lilburn (Rx7 Restorations), and recently i just purchased another rx7, so i would like to sale this one to put money towards a newer daily driver or trade for a daily driver.

    interior: all leather burgandy. this car has one of the nicest interior i have seen in a 20 year old car...there are still some imperfections such as cracks on the leather. No crack on dash!!! everything in the car works except for the clock.

    exterior: the exterior is not bad, just needs paint. the fender and left headlight cover got hit by a falling branch so it was replaced with red pieces, so i rattle can painted the whole car black (did a nice job too). replaced the stock headlights with an h4 blue housing conversion and nokya 3000k xenon bulbs, minor dings from all the years...

    engine: at one point, the car was converted into a turbo2, but now its back to just being a n/a (hence the low milage on the engine)....the turbo2 LSD is still on the car though. i regrounded the engine bay because these cars are known to have bad ground. brand new vacuum hoses. motor pulls strong and seems like it has really low milage due to the clean engine and no loss of power (you will be burning out in first gear if you're not careful with the clutch).

    the good: very clean and nice looking interior, strong reliable motor, LSD, working automatic adjustable suspension (aas)

    the bad: needs paint, pressure plate needs aligning (not really harmful in any way, just annoying) i can include a brand new in box clutch kit for whoever buys this car.

    oh and i forgot to mention, it needs a new a new waterpump housing gasket...i can get it fixed or take some money off...buyer's choice....only costs $100 to fix or $20 if you do it yourself.

    and i doubt you can find an fc in this condition for this price, most of them needs either a rebuild or doesnt run at all....this one passed emissions with ease and in 4 years, it wont even need to be emission tested anymore...ANTIQUE FTW!!!!

    Sorry, but that is far from true. Mine was in excellent shape all around and had nicer paint for $1650. S5's go for 3k in good shape.

    Im not trying to hate on your car or anything, but finding an FC for $3k in great shape is an autotrader away.

    well, i didnt say the price was firm....and most rx7 these days have really f*** up interior, mine is better than most, and with low milage, i had trouble finding a good rx7 on autotrader when i had 3k in my hand.....all of them sounded nice, but when you go to check them out, all the ones i checked out needed rebuild or has super high milage..
