Front lip - Not installed, but included with purchase.
Current condition: Car is in good condition. Minor scratches on the body, but front bumper has a lot of rock chips from highway driving. Interior is clean and aside from the usual leather wear, everything is looks/works great. Everything inside is stock.
Notice, the racing seats are not in the car, but are included with it. You just need to buy brackets. The stock wheels are currently on the car, but I will be handing over 6 wheels, 4 tires. 2 wheels being brand new (two currently mounted with tires has road rash). Tires have 85% tire tread left.
Driveline was recently inspected by a Honda mechanic and everything is flawless. Alignment was recently done and everything is in spec. All oil changes done every 5k miles with Mobil 1 10w30 Synthetic and Honda oil filters. I replaced the diff, tranny, and brake fluid around 18k miles. It will be about its time for the 30k mile service which is inspection and fluid replacement.
